November- Focus on Hunger

Grab a grocery cart and help us feed the hungry this month!

The Outreach Committee invites you to contribute to any or all of the following projects during the month of November.

• Thanksgiving Food Baskets- Please pick up a grocery bag, with shopping list attached, from the Narthex of the church or from Hadley Hall. Purchase the items listed and return them to Hadley Hall. You will have provided a Thanksgiving meal to a family in need! This food will be donated to the Woburn Council for Social Concern food pantry for distribution. WCSC is a local agency that provides childcare, food assistance, family skill building and many other services to Winchester and Woburn residents. • The 2^nd Annual “Turkey Wahoo”- Last year was such a success so we signed up again this year! Please donate food or volunteer your time to help us prepare a Thanksgiving feast for the students and families of the St. Stephen’s After School Program on Tuesday, November 20^th from 2:30 until 5:30. • Please also remember that every month of the year we are happy to receive your food donations in the grocery cart in the Narthex.

Every November Epiphany hears the plea for food to nourish the hungry and responds with an incredible amount of donated food items. We thank you in advance for your generous contributions!
