Shrimp Boil

The Diocese of Massachusetts is organizing a traditional shrimp boil to benefit the Gulf Coast Disaster relief, rebuilding lives, restoring hope, and aiding the Mississippi shrimp industry.  It will be held on Sunday October 1st—here at Epiphany!

We could use your help to clean up, set up, serving, etc. . . You know the routine; we do it so well here! See Liza Trache (etrache@comcast.net) to offer your services and get more info.

On that Sunday night there will be three seatings 4:00, 5:00,  and 6:00.  The menu includes boiled shrimp (right from the Gulf Coast) coleslaw, bread, dessert, and iced tea.  A table of 10 people costs $250 – speak to Rev. Trache if you are interested in enjoying a traditional Gulf Coast Shrimp Boil.

Thank you

Bob and I send our heartfelt thanks to all who participated in Bob's birthday reception on August 20th!  All of your contributions and all of the well wishes are greatly appreciated!      -Liza

Calling All Junior Choristers

If you are in 3rd through 6th grades,

We’d love to have you join us in Junior                     Choir this year.

We sing about badgers and hedgehogs,             fishermen and Christmas.

We have parties and plays, and sing the   great hymns of the church, from silly                 stuff to “Silent Night.”

We laugh a lot, and we make friends,   and we have fun!

Our first rehearsal will be Thursday,          September 7th, from 4:30-5:30 in the Old Parish Hall—Join Us!
