We give: Memorial Gifts and Bequests

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above. James 1:17
An important part of the spiritual and community life at Parish of Epiphany is giving gifts in memory of loved ones and dear friends, in thanksgiving and for the life of the parish in future years.
Memorial gifts and bequests provide important support for projects and special purchases not covered by the parish operating budget.
Gifts and bequests are overseen by the Gifts and Memorial Committee that serves in an advisory capacity to the Rector and in consultation with the Vestry. 10% of all undesignated bequests is transferred to the Outreach Fund for local and international assistance.
Parishioners are asked to consider a bequest of any size as they make and review their estate plans. Also gifts can be made in remembrance or thanksgiving from the list below or after discussion with the Rector or Wardens. Please contact the chair of the Gifts and Memorial Committee, Ellen W. Rockefeller, for more information on gifts and bequests.
All gifts are sincerely appreciated.
The Memorial Garden is a place of interment of ashes of former parishioners within the Cloister Garden. The names of those interred in the Memorial Garden are listed on plaque boards in the hall across from the acolyte robing room. Gifts may be made at any time to assist with the maintenance of the Memorial Garden.
Gifts to the parish are received with appreciation. Gifts may be discussed with the Rector.
