2012 Annual Commitment Campaign
This fall, the Stewardship Committee tried something new: we began posting on the wall of Hadley Hall the list of pledgers to the annual commitment campaign. We wanted to create a visible, dramatic, and dynamic symbol of the connection of so many parishioners to Epiphany. We added to it week by week, as people were moved to make a commitment. Our intended message in these weekly updates was "it's not too late! When you are ready, we're here and we’re grateful."
A big THANK YOU to those who have pledged. With 251 pledges for $707,981 now, we are nearing our $749,000 goal. If you haven't pledged yet, please do! The job isn't done until everyone who wants to make a commitment has done so.
Gifts of stock to Epiphany
Saturday, December 31st marks the parish’s year-end, and it’s the last day for contributions to be counted as 2011 gifts for tax purposes. A gift of securities to the Parish of the Epiphany by the end of the year may bring considerable tax savings to a donor. If you are interested in transferring securities to the Parish of the Epiphany, please contact Suzy Westcott, our financial administrator, at swestcott@3crowns.org. She will be happy to give you transfer instructions. In addition, before you actually transfer the stock, please be sure to let her know what stock you are planning to transfer, approximately how many shares (or approximate value), and for what your gift is designated (2011 pledge payment, 2012 pledge payment, etc.)
so that your gift can be properly credited to you.

Thank you, Lord, for the work that we have before us.
Be with us as we make decisions and as we work together
for the stewardship of our church.
Be with us as we reach out to our membership
for their gifts of time, talent, and treasure.
Finally, help our campaign to be a success
so that our parish community
continues to grow, to serve, and to flourish.
