We Learn: ypf youth program

Youth Ministries is defined by relationships.  Youth need to know that the Episcopal Church truly welcomes them and invites their gifts into the presence of God’s mission. 

Young People's Fellowship (YPF) meets for two hours every Sunday evening from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm for fellowship between the high school students of the parish. The group plans a number of activities during the year including, participation in City Reach (an overnight event at the Cathedral to increase awareness of homelessness), an overnight in the church, gathers socially for movie nights, spring picnics and a Super Bowl party. In addition, YPF engages in fund-raising events for its regular service and mission trip to El Hogar, an orphanage and school in Honduras.  Fundraisers have included bake sales, pasta dinners and leaf raking.
