We serve: mission trips

If you feel the call to help other people, Parish of Epiphany has a variety of service opportunities.  Mission trips at Epiphany provide a framework for spiritual reflection and fellowship while completing projects and tasks at various on site locations.

Local Missions

Rosie’s Place in Boston; Habitat for Humanity in Lawrence, MA;  and City Reach in Boston are day mission trips provided through our Youth groups and our Outreach program

National Missions

A youth trip was taken to Biloxi, Mississippi to help with the Gulf project and care for the homeless in 2007.

International Missions

Every year the parish sends a vibrant team of members to El Hogar in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.  These mission trips are usually in the spring and are coordinated with our Lay Minister.  In addition, our Youth group also coordinates a mission team of young parishioners to work in El Hogar in the summer.  These mission trips take coordination and effort from a team of volunteers always willing to support El Hogar Ministries, a place near and dear to the Epiphany family.
