This year, we are able to offer two price tiers of accommodation: Standard and Camper. We also offer a Saturday-only option, for those who wish to come for the day but not stay overnight. 

Standard accommodation is found in either a lodge room or a standard cabin. Lodge rooms are similar to basic hotel rooms, and contain two beds and a private bathroom. Lodge rooms will typically be assigned to couples or small families. For those coming on their own, one roommate will be assigned. Standard cabins contain four twin beds and a double bathroom. These cabins will typically be assigned to families or friend-groups of 3-4 people. All standard accommodations include linens.

There are no single accommodations, but individuals can request a specific roommate on our registration form. For those without a specific request, our planning team will thoughtfully match you with a roommate. If your nighttime needs or something such as snoring would prohibit us from assigning you a roommate, please reach out to Bryn. Also, please reach out to Bryn with any questions about this process.

Cost per person for Full Weekend with Standard Accommodations: Includes six meals (beginning with supper on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday), snacks, two nights accommodation in either a Lodge Room or Standard Cabin, and all activities:

Children (ages 3-11): $273
Babies (ages 0-2): free

Camper accommodations are a more budget-friendly option, or a fun way to get a more authentic summer-camp group experience. These lodgings have bunk beds (as well as heat, electricity, and bathrooms). Camper Cabins have 12 bunks and Camper Bunk Rooms have 8 bunks. The retreat committee will thoughtfully assign these shared cabins. Families or groups of 5+ registrants can be assigned their own Bunk Room if available. Camper accommodations do not include bedding, towels, or pillows. If you choose camper accommodations, please plan on bringing these items. Each cabin or bunk room has its own bathroom with multiple toilet and shower stalls.
