Three Things of Note

Midweek: Join us for Midweek this Wednesday, for dinner at 6:15 and an intergenerational time of learning and liturgy centered around water at 7pm.

Word and Table: This Sunday join our contemporary service of worship at 5pm in Hadley Hall.

Church School Lenten Units: This Sunday, our church school children will start new units in both our Godly Play and our Story Makers classes as we walk through this holy season of preparation together. In Godly Play, the children will hear the parables of Jesus during their story circles. These parables--like the Good Shepherd, the Mustard Seed, the Sower, the Pearl--offer our children wonderful ways to think about the Kingdom of God. In Story Makers, the older children will explore the ministry of Jesus--learning his teachings on baptism, the meaning of treasure, miracles, and welcome in God's kingdom.

Word & Table Worship:

This Sunday at 5pm

Our monthly 5:00 pm worship service, Word & Table, is this Sunday. This casual, contemporary, and creative service is based on our familiar Episcopal liturgy and takes place in Hadley Hall. We invite you to come and bring a friend, as Word & Table is a wonderful space to welcome those seeking a spiritual home.

Word & Table will be offered on varied Sundays in the coming months due to holidays and our high holy day of Easter. Please note the Sundays we will be having Word & Table this winter and spring: February 26, March 19, April 23, May 21.

Midweek: This Wednesday Evening

All are welcome at Midweek this Wednesday evening. Dinner will begin at 6:15pm. At 7pm, we will explore the idea of water, and around our intergenerational tables have a time of creating and liturgy.

Dinner will be: chili (including a vegetarian option), pizza for the kids, and cookies for dessert.

Parish Weekend Away:

Planning Committee Begins March 5

We are beginning to plan our next Parish Weekend Away. Would you like to join our planning committee? This committee creates the outline for our time together at the Barbara C Harris Camp this coming September 22-24. We plan workshops, worship, outdoor activities, art, fellowship, and more! We need many types of help (from budgeting to hiking to crafting to snacking). If you are interested in helping, please reach out to Bryn.

Our first planning meeting is Sunday, March 5, from 7-8pm in the Suter Room.

Childcare for Infants & Toddlers During 10am Worship for Ages 0-3

Our nursery is open! Parents and guardians may drop off their young children -- ages 0-3 years -- in the Dewart Room during the 10am service. Our paid and experienced nursery caregivers will be ready to receive babies and toddlers beginning at 9:45am. Parents and guardians must pick up their children by 11:15am, and must remain in the building at all times.

Children need to be registered in order to be dropped off. This gives us important information about allergies, needs, and who may pick up your child. Please register here:

Summer Camp at BCH: Registration is Open!

The Barbara C. Harris Episcopal Camp is offering sleepaway camp for those entering grades 4 and older, as well as a fun Family Camp long weekend this summer. Parish of the Epiphany loves BCH!

At least two Epiphany kids are going the week of July 31!

If your child or family would like to sign up for a camp experience this summer, please reach out and let Bryn know. We might be able to help coordinate some of our children's weeks together!

Church School Registration

Church School registration is always open! This gives us important information like allergies and opting into/out of photo permissions. We re-register each year to keep our information current. Thank you!

Mystic River Run

& Our Creation Care Team

The 27th Annual Herring Run and Paddle is coming in May 21, and members of our own Creation Care and Sustainability Group will be participating. This would be fun for families!
